We strive to deliver food you can proudly and confidently serve to your family and friends, but Good Ranchers also exists to support and reinvigorate the American farmer. Over 10,000 independent farms and ranches close down every year, and we want to change that. By creating support for the quality products produced on generational farms, we are preserving traditions that help build this country and still speak to the greatness of America's industries. I’m hoping to be able to customize my box. We’ve tried different offerings and have settled on two that are grrreat. Unfortunately, we’ve found the salmon to be too fishy and the beef tips/pieces to be too chewy.

Love the products. My only issue at the moment is never knowing if there is 1 or 2 chicken breasts and thighs per vacuum sealed package. I had 2 each and my brother who also orders had 1 each. I can't tell with this latest order.

The meat so far has been top notch! I actually had issues with my first order and they completely refunded/replaced the damaged items (they all come frozen so nothing was gross or anything there were just a few that had ripped packaging) and it was such an easy fix on my end. Absolute excellent customer service and I've had zero issues since! If you're buying "good quality" meat from somewhere like Natural Grocers than Good Ranchers will actually save you money, come right to your door, and you'll actually be supporting farmers in a much more direct way! Win, win, WIN!

I was a little worried, due to weather my order was late in arriving at my home by a couple of days. I kept checking the tracking and was notified that it was delivered. So I ran outside to find my package, all the dry ice was gone, but I found everything still frozen solid. Over the last few weeks I have enjoyed cooking and eating it all. Absolutely Delicious. I was surprised and have almost finished everything... I need more.. Thank you for providing a top quality product.

Good Ranchers provides quality meat and has good customer service! My family loves the individually wrapped chicken breasts for a quick healthy meal.

We went over our budget during the Holidays and to make matters worse, my husband and I got the flu and had to cancel most of our Holiday plans. I lost track of my re-order date on Sunday Dec 22nd and panicked when my card was charged. I immediately sent an email and the following Monday the 23rd I received a very sweet response from Jose, GR Customer Experience Team. Jose kindly put my order on hold until Jan 2nd as requested. Thank you Good Ranchers for accommodating us (without any judgement) and helping us remove the stress as we were healing. We've since included the chicken nuggets and hot dogs as add-ons. Nuggets are SUPER delicious and fun to eat and we are happy we can now look forward to our hot dogs without wondering what the heck is in them LOL!! You treated us as family and we are forever grateful to Glenn Beck for educating us on why we should support our local farmers. God Bless you all!!

New to the good ranchers family we had just received our second order and I had a question/concern regarding one package that was vacuum sealed. I sent an inquiry in the evening and by morning I had acknowledgment, seemingly personal acknowledgment of my concern. And notice that it would be addressed shortly. Within less than 15 minutes second email follow-up came through. It showed appreciation for voicing my concern and contained an information sheet that satisfactorily answered my question. But, offered an opportunity to follow up should there be more questions.
