I have placed my order about a month and half ago and still waiting and nothing has arrived

اقسم ان هذا افضل متجر عطور بالعالم ، نقاء الزيوت العطريه و جوده الكحول و التركيز العالي و الثبات والفوحان شئ لا يصدق ، انا عميل مميز عندي اكثر من 80 عطر من متجرهم واذا طلبت تجربه عطر يرسلو مع الطلبيه هديه خاصه للتجربه بدون مقابل ، خدمه عملاء في غايه الاحترام و ايضا سرعه في التوصيل وجوده في التغليف لا توصف، بالتوفيق لكم

I bought perfume and it was very bad and overpriced. I tried to contact them and there was no response after more than two weeks. Today I contacted again and they refused to cooperate or even share the cost due to the error. I say error because it is not the first time I have made a purchase. It was the second and the first was good, but the second was disastrous, so I thought there was a problem, but apparently its not, this is their policy here. So do not expect the perfume to always be good.

Great quality, perfect costumer service and fast delivery! I will purchase again for sure!

Die sind mies korrekt und krankeeeee Parfüm

Ich habe bis jetzt schon 10 mal von Kaiser Parfums gekauft, die Beratung war jedes mal wunderbar ich habe mich willkommen gefühlt. Auch die Atmosphäre in dem Laden ist einfach perfekt. Ich kann es nur jedem empfehlen der mal ein wirklich gutes Parfüm will.

Nie wieder die reinste Abzocke. Frag mich wo die ganzen guten Kommentare herkommen bestimmt gekauft! Nachdem ich mich bei dem Hersteller beschwert hatte meinte er nur ich solle das Parfum in den Kühlschrank stellen es sei nicht für die Haut sondern für die Kleidung. Nachdem ich ihm das zweite Mal versucht habe zu erreichen ginge nicht mehr ran und ich wurde blockiert. Das Parfum riecht überhaupt nicht jedes Aldi und Lidl Parfum riecht länger und besser. Enttäuschung pur

Ich habe vor einigen Wochen eine Selbstkreation von Kaisar als Geschenk gekauft und alle waren begeistert. Heute bin ich noch einmal in den Laden gegangen und habe mir den selben Duft auch für mich gekauft. Ich bin sehr zufrieden!

Order and shipping very fast. Ordered 6 perfumes of which I have the original for 5 of them and the sixth is their own creation (excellent). one of them, 1388, is just water and I contacted the customer service that did not respond in any case the return is almost impossible because you cannot open to test and they do not send tests. The others correspond 90% to original and almost reproduce same longevity; dry down in general is weak. It is not good that you cannot report in their website your experience for each of the perfume. I noticed with the other customers in trustpilot they are very fast in responding on trustpilot but not in private - not nice.
