I ordered the alexandrite ring and earrings. It's hard to find quality lab alexandrites but this store has them! I love my purchase and would order again in a heartbeat!

You should have no problems buying from this vendor excelent service a little slow on initial process other than that no problems. postal tracking a little hit or miss from usa, once in the uk and processed, tracking exelent Will recomend to my friends...

This beautiful ring was a "Push" present for my wife as she delivered our first child. Alexandrite is baby Gemma's birthstone and her mom loved the gift. The ring is beautiful in real life...the internet picture is enlarged to show texture like cereal but we're both very happy with the product and I received it very quickly.

After going to several stores, I found they all had the same rings in the same size. At Jewels For Me, I was able to get the style and size I needed without any problems. The ring seems to be very good quality and has nice packaging as well. I wished there was longer warranty but we'll try to take care of it so it lasts a long time. Online technical support chat was wonderful in answering my questions.

The ring I purchased was not as-pictured, and customer support has not responded to my emails about arranging a replacement or refund. I'm still hoping they manage to pull out a customer service save here, but am not holding my breath.

Wanted to thank the folks at Jewels For Me. They did a great job from start to finish. The items displayed on their website gave us plenty of information and options to create exactly the engagement ring and matching band that my fiance and I wanted! It came promptly in a wonderful gift bag. My fiance and I laughed at your "guard bear"! And the ring looked exactly as it did on the website. All of that for a reasonable price - none of the insane mark-up that I see in other stores which I guess is supposed to make me feel like I'm getting something magical. It's a ring. It's pretty. It's on my fiance's finger...that's all the magic I need and tacking on extra mark-up won't add to or subtract from it. We had some runners-up so...we will be back for birthdays and anniversaries!

In short, I ordered a nice pair of earrings for my wife. When she received them, they were beautiful, but just a little larger than she normally likes. I wrote and asked if I could exchange them for one size smaller to which they responded no problem.
