United Kingdom | 11 January 2018I have a zucchetti shower mixer, very expensive. my plumber had trouble getting the bits for it, I searched online for the part I needed, although brookwater did not have my part listed, they were able to identify it with just a picture I sent them. I got a positive reply & was able to buy the part the next day, very helpful! the part was reasonably priced & they did not charge anything extra for the part to come to me DIRECT from Italy. Excellent service, would seriously recommend them.
