I love it, love that I didn't have to go around looking and questioning different instructors to see if they were available when I wanted lessons, app is very easy to use and when I've needed to contact customer services they've always been very fast and polite.

Rated driving is a really good app for beginners that are nervous to drive. My driving instructor is brilliant and really passionate the way she teaches. Service is great and issues are dealt with immediately.

I am a learner driver and had lessons with an instructor (not with this company) that was holding me back to milk more money from me. And we all know driving lessons are not cheap!. After 8 hours with that previous instructor I had concerns and wanted to try someone new to compare instructor teaching styles. I came across the Rated Driving App and decided to give it a try. The pricing is clear for automatic or manual cars. You enter your location and they match you with an instructor who contacts you via the app to arrange your first 2 hour lesson. The minimum booking is 2 hours which I chose to see what my lessons and instructor would be like. You confirm your dates and meetup location and so does your instructor. The app keeps a progress of how many lessons you have had and any payments made to them. I was matched with a brilliant Qualified Driving Instructor called Ali who was aware I had 8 hours of lessons before. In the initial 2 hour lesson he assessed my existing skills. Corrected any errors and quickly progressed me to the next stage of what I needed to learn. I learnt more in those 2 hours with him than my previous driving instructor ( not with this company). What a difference in teaching style! I wished I had signed up with Rated Driving App at the beginning of learning to drive.... Ali my instructor was actually teaching me as a Driving Instructor should and was not wasting my time. I have booked an additional block of 10hours of lessons had 6 hours with my instructor Ali and progressing through manoeuvres quickly and building on previous lessons with confidence. I am really impressed with this app. Pricing is clear. Calls, updates, bookings are done via the app. Customer service answers any queries you have very quickly via the app as well. It's been a very smooth experience and would highly recommend them to anyone I know.

Fantastic instructor, on time good job

I had a problem with the apps when I first started using them, and the good customer service responded quickly and helped me solve the problem quickly. 👍🏿 The apps are simple and easy to use. On the same day, the apps were paired with the appropriate instructor based on the information I entered.

Finding a driving instructor in 2023 is honestly hell. Using rated driving I was able to find a top quality instructor & for cheaper than what most instructors charge.

The team is wonderful and helps out very quickly! They answer any questions and figure out any concerns you may have. As well as thus, they allocate an instructor speedily, to allow you to get as much of a headstand as possible! I would definitely recommend to new drivers!

This company has an app which is flexible enough to schedule lessons with your assigned driver and also chat your driver which is really good. The driver assigned to me as well is really good and very patient. She makes her lessons interesting hence easy to grasp concepts. I will always recommend her.

Rated Driving have been consistently professional throughout my experience with them for several months now - and their app is solid: makes the process of booking lessons really easy. Instructor Cheryl has been wonderfully patient as I learn the manual driving ropes too, of course!

Rated driving app is by far the best when it comes to finding an instructor and starting to learn driving. They have very good features, easy to buy lessons, good discounts when you buy more lessons, quick way to find an instructor available in your area. The app itself is easy to navigate and security features enabled such as fingerprint or eye scanner, my experience using Rated Driving was very pleasant, i definitely recommend it to everyone that would like to start their journey in learning how to drive.

Firstly, this company started off well with having 1 good lesson. However, after this lesson I started to have issues with the professionalism of the business and the fairness of how they treated me. Allowing they charged me for cancelling the day before as I was unwell (wish I think is very wrong but so be it). Next they put through another lesson for myself without explaining the situation of having to pay again meaning I spent over an hour waiting around for a lesson that never showed up or answered any of my texts! Even to this day. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

I was very glad that I found rated driving as it enabled me to find an instructor so easily and quickly and one who is very knowledgeable about driving and the roads.

Puts you in touch with great independent driving instructors with any hard work on your part.. I put me in touch with a great instructor that was able to taylor my lessons to fit my learning, helped my pass first time in only 25hrs of lessons, and I did not cost me the earth... would highly recommend as it saves you time and money

I spent several weeks trying to find a driving instructor for my daughter with no success. Then I found the rated driving app. Within a few days my daughter was matched with an instructor. Her instructor is great and she is enjoying her lessons Payments are simply paid via the app and the cost is in line with other company's. The app shows how many lesson have been used and all communication with the instructor is via the app, lessons can also be scheduled in. Rated driving has made organising learning to drive a hassle free simple process.
