Received the package 10 days after ordering, could be because they had a sale and it's summer holiday season. It took 3 days just to get the order confirmation. For some reason they didn't give my phone number to the delivery service, so I only received the notification of arrival by email. Overall the tracking of the order status seemed to be lagging a little bit. The customer service through chat was nice and prompt, 5/5 stars to that part. Received the goods I ordered, and they were decent enough, so did not have to return anything. However, the product descriptions of the website are rather lacking, for example not describing the thickness/weave type of the fabric, only the material. I would order from them again, but for not anything I absolutely need within a week or two.

The size of the denim vest was wrong, I ordered XL - which actually was the size on the sticker of the plastic bag - but the vest itself was size XXL, which I have now returned.

Delivery was fast and items were as expected. I have ordered many times and will order again.

I ordered 2 shirts, a wrist sweatband and a necklace. When I got the box I was a little worried something was missing because the box was very light and I had ordered 5xl shirts (I'm a big guy). Everything was in the box I ordered, in the correct size, and was all very nice quality. The package also arrived on the date they gave in my confirmation email. Start to finish it was a wonderful experience. My only wish would be that my size shirts/hoodies/etc. were available for more products, but I'm not about to dock points for that. Very nice work to all the men and women at EMP, I appreciate it immensely ♥️

Palautin juuri tilaamani kengät, koska ne eivät istuneet jalkaani. Toimitus, palautus ja hyvitykset toimivat aina moitteettomasti. Maksan aina Klarnan kautta saadakseni lisäturvaa ja maksuaikaa tarvittaessa. Ostin kerran todella limited edition -esineen, joita oli EMP:llä myynnissä vain 5 kpl. Saamassani esineessä oli valmistusvirhe ja maali oli kulunut, EMP sai järjestettyä minulle täydellisessä kunnossa olevan saman tuotteen. Ikuisesti kiitollinen, asiakaspalvelu on täydellistä.

Toimitus oli todella nopea. Kaikki vaatteet olivat sopivat. Tulen ostamaan jatkossa!

The product is great but a bit too tiny. I will return it and luckily there was one size larger available. Can't wait to wear it, love it already!
