We have been waiting patiently for our Ghost chairs to arrive (confirmed approx. dispatch 25th October). Nothing has arrived as of today. Sent a message to the help team first thing Monday morning (08.11.2021) still haven't had a reply. You've had our money in the bank since mid-September. Ideally, we'd love to know when we'll get the cheers or even better a bit of communication!! Yes, we've been to the website login and tried that but its never updated!! I've had better service from dead people. Any chance we'll get them for Christmas? How about you give me a good old fashioned phone call 021 890 459 Cheers Duncan
