Item arrived really quickly, I bought this for my cat that has stomatitis, only two weeks I’m so can’t see if it’s helped yet but he seems slightly perkier!

Very impressed with the speed of service and website which offers things we can't easily obtain in the Middle East. But, for £43 pounds worth of shipping costs, plus as a first time buyer, I would have loved a little more care and attention to the order. The bottles of fish oil and cans of loose tea (1 with small dents) were rolling round in an oversized half crushed box, steaming hot (desert Summer here). I understand the need to preserve the environment, but I'll gladly recycle a warning label or any other packaging that would keep the products securely fastened and safe at room temperature (previous orders from other companies always had warning labels). E did immediately contact the suppliers and relay that up to 60 degree heat is okay for fish oil capsules (?!) but that was hard to stomach, as we have no idea how long packages sit around inside vans ... it was still poor packaging for the cost. Regardless, I would shop again for the speed of service, responsiveness, and variety.
