It took a couple of days before I heard from them but I got a call offering delivery that day and the chap unloaded and helped me slot the panels into my posts. (3' so not more more effort than just dropping them by the kerb but much appreciated.) The wrong panels arrived first but having realised the mistake, the right ones arrived an hour or two later.

Purchased 5 fence panels. Top quality as stated on the website. The sale price was decent too. Delivery was on time. Will order 5 more soon.

I purchased 10 trellis panels and a timber fence post. I’m delighted with the trellis panels - they are excellent and best value for money I could find. I think I ordered early Friday morning and delivery was latest Saturday so very speedy. Whilst it thankfully didn’t cause me any trouble, the person delivering just left the panels down by my side gate and didn’t call to say they’d left them there because we weren’t in. I don’t think many people want to commit to spending a whole day waiting for a delivery (they didn’t say delivery would be on a Saturday) so a bit surprising there was no communication that delivery would be on a particular day (most people need to organise help to lift these heavy panels) or that the panels were just left outside my home as we weren’t in. Only other bit of feedback for this company is that the website states orders more than 25 miles from the depot over £99 will be charged at £30 for delivery. I was charged £50 for delivery. I’m in London which the website states is the area they cover. So I suggest either updating your website if £30 is in fact £50, or you can refund me £20!

This company is great. Not only are they great in their price, they delivered so quickly. One hiccup where didn't spot the intermediate posts. But delivered them later that day. The man that delivered was so friendly too.
