The “airpods” are good but i’ve had them checked and everything points towards them being fake. Although they are still good for being fake and one of the best earbuds for the price.

Was sceptical about ordering AirPods from a website that I didn’t know but looked at reviews and thought it was worth the money £75 for AirPods 2nd Gen And Arrived in original Apple box and when paired the AirPods IMEI Number matched the box so was happy with my purchase. Tested the AirPods and they have a great battery life, noise cancellation works and mic works on the AirPods super happy and would recommend buying a pair from here as why pay £200 for a pair from Apple when you can get a refurbished pair for the fraction of the price and do the same features as they would be brand new. i ordered airpod pro 2nd generation (refurbished). they came in a sealed well faked airpod box which i thought didnt matter as if you sell some airpods to refurbish or that you don't want the box wont always come with them. the airpods disconnected connected all the time lasted a fraction of the time they were supposed to and none of the features actually worked. furthermore the features that the airpods pro 2nd gen has like conversational awareness wasnt even there or adaptive mode wasn't there. they also came with a lightning cable port not a usb - c like the authentic ones but had a string loop and speakers which were also low quality. do not buy the airpod "spigen" cases either as this is not what you actually get. 'sorry we don't have any clear ones but we have some black ones that are exactly the same' the case i got was not spigen and horrific quality and barely worked. customer service is good but don't buy from these guys.

I’m going to be honest i never actually received my order for airpod pros but that was completely not this company’s fault. It was down to Royal Mail leaving my order in a safe place which i did not tell them to and i think my item was stolen. Despite this the reason i am leaving such a good review is because of this company’s customer service. I told them the situation and a very understanding person called John was happy to help in any way. The outcome was i received a full refund which did shock me a bit because my order was not cheap and will have caused a loss to the company and they know that too however they still gave me a full refund

I just recieved today my airpods pro 2 with a case i really love them very nice !!!! They’re refurbished but like new boxed everything charger cable thank you so much !!!!!

It was very quick and simple from ordering and delivery. My daughter was so excited when she got them.

While their product is at the mercy of suppliers, you cannot fault Pristine on their customer service. No quibble return and full refund handled quickly and efficiently.

Bought refurbished 3rd Gen AirPods. NOT GENUINE. Did not work properly, not MagSafe, charging only if case plugged in, no one could hear me on a call, Force Touch all over the place. Connected to iPhone as normal and claimed within warranty still. Took to Apple Store and told not genuine. Once I got home we looked at the leaflets and bits inside the box and there were further obvious clues, massive spelling mistakes. “DesIgned… Made in Cailfornia”. Thankfully I didn’t pay too much for them but even still, they didn’t function properly enough for me to use them.

Edit: Product has now been received, and they don’t work, great thanks! I placed an order for a pair of air pods in December 2023, sadly these did not work and I returned them. I have been promised a new pair to be sent out but nothing has arrived. I have sent numerous emails and tried to call but no reply. This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Do not buy anything from this company they are a SCAM!!! I wish I knew how awful they are and what a total scam before I paid for broken air pods. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
