United States | 28 December 2024My daughter was having orthopedic surgery so I purchased a set of elevated leg rests that was described on website as "elevated legrests for 12" ziggo" wheelchair. When I got them, they didn't fit. After a few emails, it was discovered they don't work on the ziggo pro, even though their website doesn't specify anything like that. I was forced to order from somewhere else and also pay restocking fees and inflated shipping fees to get them back. Customer service refused to make it right since their item description was lacking

United States | 30 October 2024The incorrect product was shipped and the address was not updated. I continuously requested that a Supervisor call and or e-mail me regarding these issues. Rather, the representative Tiffany, chose to; berate, belittle, & lecture me on how a product proceeds through the FedEx System. Please cease in trying to tie my horrid interaction with your company into an actual pleasant event. Her unkindness even when alerted to my multiple illnesses was nothing less than bullying. If you view an employ one of your bests, based upon her horrid treatment of me, this is further cause to NEVER utilize your company again. After 5 days of horrid interaction with your company, I was able to connect with Jonah. He listened, never screamed, and resolved the issue. When requested to review my interaction, I wrote highly of my interaction with him. This does not negate the unprofessional, disrespectful, screaming, and lecturing. Again. Please do not further respond. The public that will read my comments will understand the risks in selecting your company. I will keep my promise and NEVER shop with this company again. Kudos to Tiffany. Someone must be focused with an agenda in place to be so hurtful to customers.

United States | 11 October 2024Very rare: So they made a mistake pricing their product online. I ordered it just to see what would happen. This was not entirely correct on my part, I should have called and reported the error. No doubt. Astonishingly they honored the "sale" and made good. This is not 21st century behavior. By my estimation THE "sale" Retail loss was in the vicinity of 125usd. Even wholesale would have been at best a loss. A reputation is BEST JUDGED by how one handles their mistakes and errors. These Guys and Dolls get 10over10 a perfect score.
