United Kingdom | 30 August 2024The overall structure of the training course was really good. The course goes into so much depth and gets you ready for the final exam. It can be intense but being able to do it from home at your own pace helps a lot. Also making you get 80% pass mark before you can apply for the formal exam is a masterstroke.

They did not book the test, apparently they needed more information from me, and did not tell us. So after doing the training I could not take the test. As I said, extremely poor training company.

It allowed me to gain a good understanding of the subject matter, in readiness for the exam. I am very pleased with the end result, achieving 90% in the exam. David

United Kingdom | 06 August 2024I purchased a course from them to pass the CSCS CARD - Health & Safety in a Construction Environment test. They encountered all types of "technical issues" while managing my booking for the test. They booked the test 5 days after the payment date (they had "technical issues" with the system). Later, I did not receive the email with all the information regarding the links and log-in details for the test. They said it was another technical issue. I had to rebook the test, which is another 7 days in advance. I wasted 20 days simply purchasing their services. Firstly, they tried to apologise and calm me down, saying it was not just me encountering such " technical issues." Then, after I got annoyed that they knew they had issues, that many people were encountering them, and that they did nothing to solve them, they switched the narrative, saying that it was actually their first time hearing such problems. Simply liars. I wasted time and money, booked a holiday to be free on the test dates, and they "have technical issues" one after another. Total lack of competence.
