There was a delay in processing the order, which the seller had e-mailed me about to explain why. She gave me the option to cancel if I could not wait for it. It was a birthday present but I was prepared to wait, and I was kept informed throughout by e-mail. Once it was ready and dispatched it arrived quickly + it was worth the wait. I was really pleased with the items, the order had been personalized exactly as I had requested. I would definitely order from this seller again.
