He took time to teach us about sapphires and diamonds whilst also showing various designs before we finally settled on the perfect pendant. After meeting up with several jewellers to get a bespoke engagement ring made, we found Jaleel in his amazing store based in Hatton Garden. Upon arrival, Jaleel was very kind and informative about the gemstone trade. Jaleel provided us with a selection of Ceylon Sapphires and talked us through every single gem. He understood our requirements (from design of the ring, to the shape of the Ceylon sapphire) and showed us the perfect gem that fits our needs. Jaleel even gave us a microscope device to fully inspect the gem, whereas other jewellers did not even allow us to take pictures. This made us realise we can fully trust Jaleel to make us the perfect engagement ring. Jaleel kept in contact with me throughout the making of the ring and provided regular updates. He really understood the vision of what I was looking for and grasped what was important to me; conflict-free, natural gemstones.
