Hi Fiona, Thanks very much for getting my Pullman Riser Recliner chair to me. I am not in the best of health and my back is making life hard with pain. Being able to adjust the chair makes all the difference and i can now watch the tv in comfort and i can get up from the chair much easier. The gentleman who delivered it was very pleasant and helpful. Great service and a great chair, very good quality very comfortable motors are very quiet I highly recommend the chair and the company. Great service from BigMickey. Ordered an ottoman storage bed which was already €200 cheaper than another retailer. Free delivery too was a bonus. Fiona was really helpful in keeping me updated with the status of my order. Delivered on time. Comes flat packed but very simple assembly with clear instructions. Great quality. I wouldn't hesitate to order from here again.

I had ordered a single bed from BigMickey.ie and a double from another website. I had to move house sooner than expected and when I asked to get the double bed delivered sooner, I received a flat NO. When I asked to get the single bed sooner, Fiona said absolutely no problem. I cancelled the double and purchased both beds from BigMickey. Order was completed on Wednesday, beds arrived first thing Friday morning. All this, two weeks before Christmas. Highly recommend them and will definitely order from them again Thank you

Great customer service. My emails were replied to within a few hours. I ordered 2 Loire button back chairs. They were a much better price in Big Mickeys than most other places selling the same product. I had my purchases delivered in roughly 10 days. Packaged great and easy to assemble. No problems at all. I will definitely purchase from this company again as they're not trying to rip anyone off. Thank you

Quick delivery, Fiona was very patient with me when choosing the wallbed. She also recommended me a handyman from Dublin who can put the bed wall together at affordable price. At the end two of my friends helped me, but was such of piece of mind to know I can call someone who knew how to assemble the bed. Very good service Bigmickey, I'm impressed.

I bought a Beta Horizontal Wall Bed from Big Mickey and the service and delivery were very good. However it came in a flat pack and was really difficult to put together as there were numerous parts. This should be clearly explained to any potential customer

Fantastic company! Great customer service with very prompt replies to queries, fast and reliable delivery and a beautiful, quality bed for my little boy. I was so let down by a big name brand who messed me about for 3 months and didn't communicate with me, or deliver my order, but within 2 weeks of ordering from Bigmickey, my bed arrived and I had a lot of communication from them. The delivery man phoned an hour ahead as promised, and the value for money is outstanding. One very happy little boy and Mummy - thank you!

I bought 4 mattresses from www.bigmickey.ie in Longford as we were moving in to our new house in Dublin. All went well with deliver which was on time but the next day we realised that we had made a mistake (our fault) and ordered one the wrong size. Any way Bigmickey.ie came back 2 days later and replaced it at no extra cost. We only had to ask them once not like other companies that we dealt with that we had to beg to deliver our purchases.
