The staff was extremely helpful and very informative. The process was super quick, easy, and transparent. He helped us with all questions we had and even walked up with us to show us the unit!

BUYER BEWARE!!! Meriden, CT store: If I could leave zero stars I would!! I would never in my life recommend this place to anyone in life, I missed one payment because I moved over an hour away, however in between the time they sent nasty emails so I ran up to the store twice and their employees had the door locked (this is on camera) so I never got to speak with anyone in person, and they were never working! and no one was there!!! I also had called on numerous occasions to try to resolve this since I was in transition and had other things going on. I wasn’t trying to skip paying the bill I had moved quite far, it’s life things happen. I even called and they always had an answering service! In fact one of the days I went up there I called during working hours and still got an answering service and I would ask for someone to call me back to take care of a balance-NO CALL BACK the short of the story is that they auctioned off all of my stuff after only 1-2 months of this going unresolved. YES! they did that and I am in search of an attorney now to help me because they have caused me post traumatic stress disorder. Also, I am a healthcare worker so they basically auctioned off peoples personal healthcare information I had as well as my belongings. All of this should be illegal it’s disgusting! I spoke to the manager after they stripped me of my life’s belongings and he did nothing and sounded like he didn’t care. DO NOT go to this location or any life storage! Additionally it should have been a red flag the first day I went in there they were short staffed and arguing with each other between stores at the other location across the street because neither of them wanted to help me and were mad at each other, they kept sending me back-and-forth! I will never rent from another life storage again horrible business!!!!!

The manager and overall staff is amazing. Very organized. Very helpful. Everything is very safe and felt great about entire moving experience. Moving can be stressful and she def made it better. I'd recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for all your help.

Life storage 73 pleasant street Dracut Ma. had my vehicle towed from their property during operating hours while I was out back. During operating hours . You could be in the building, in the bathroom , wherever during operating hours and come out to your vehicle being gone . Towed away by life storage contracted towing company Lowell fleet towing. The property is always filthy , many units have doors that are broken and come off track . There are rodents and bugs in many units . The place is a dumping ground. It’s horrible.

Kim is very nice and helpful. She told me if I have renters insurance for my residence and it included outside storage insurance included I didn't need to purchase there's so I asked my agent it was included in My policy at no extra charge

TERRIBLE experience!! Avoid LifeStorage Lyndhurst at all costs. Size of units are MATERIALLY smaller than advertised. Regional manager—Michelle—was uncooperative, rude, and less than accommodating.

We rented a storage unit on the second floor of the Tyrone Blvd area, St. Petersburg, FL facility for over 2 years. While the facility was clean and secure, the "climate controlled" environment was not very cool and the outside parking was very limited with a narrow lot. The staff was always courteous and helpful EXCEPT for one major failing: the bathroom availability! This facility has a ridiculous door handle lock which if not manually unlocked by the user before exiting the bathroom, the door remains locked and the bathroom is, therefore, inaccessible. If the facility office is closed with no staff member present as on Tuesdays and Sundays, you are out of luck!! Although we complained multiple times about this and suggested a sign for the inside of the door, or better yet, a change of the inside door lock to a simple push button lock that pops the lock automatically when the user exits the bathroom, we were continuously told that there was "nothing" that could be done to correct the situation and the "company doesn't allow a sign posted on the inside of the door to unlock the lock upon exiting" -- absolutely absurd, ridiculous, and no concern for the customers! Our new storage facility has very cool AC with a dehumidifier for our second floor unit, a very large parking area, AND their brand new, large, clean bathroom has a rational, push-in button lock handle that auto pops the lock upon exiting! How modern is that??!! So happy to be in our new place and OUT of this particular LifeStorage facility!!

This is the second time I've used Life Storage. Service was and continues to be excellent. Ryan was pleasant,knowledgeable and efficient.
