Best customer service ever !!

I HAVE READ NONTHING BUT GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS PLACE FROM OTHERS, WELL I CAN'T REALLY SAY THE SAME AND I AM A NEW CUSTOMER. WELL THE LIFE STORAGE ON 8778 HIGHWAY 72 WEST MADISON ,AL IS NOT THAT GREAT THE YOUNG GIRL WHO WORKS THERE WAS RUDE AS I WAS ONLY TRYING TO GET ASSISTANCE WITH SETTING UP MY ONLINE ACCOUNT DUE TO THE FACT THAT EVERYTHING I ENTERED IT KEPT SAYING MY INFO WASN'T FOUND, YET THOUGH PAID I COULDN'T BE FOUND SO I ASKED FOR HELP AND GOT CRAZY ATTITUDE FOR NO REASON ALSO WAS TOLD THE AREA MANAGER WOODY WOULD CALL ME AND I'VE YET TO HEAR FROM HIM SO I NEED SOMEONE FROM CORPORATE TO REACH OUT TO ME FOR A RESOULUTION .I DONOT APPRECIATE NONE OF THIS !!

The gentleman who helped me with this was not only professional he was friendly and helpful, making the entire process excellent.

Experience was spot-on, from initial call for information from Jeannette, to experience on location from Nick. I received an awesome deal with first month free rent too! I have access to my unit from 5am until 11pm at no extra cost. Unit was clean. It’s an outside unit. I would like air conditioner to better cool the unit and hoping for that to get better. Other than that a good overall experience.

We had a good experience. Dylan was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the entire process and answered all our questions.

Very nice facility, and the manager Mark is just fantastic. Glad we found this place, after a really miserable experience with a different company ("U" know who).

Fast courteous and very helpful.

I was aggrevated when I arrived. The manager Noah (Woodson location) was just wonderful and made me feel better. He was very professional and patient. He showed 2 different units so I knew what the sizes looked like in person. He offered me specials to help with the cost. He explained everything in details and made me feel like a valued customer vs just taking my money.

Well maintained but a little pricey with admin fee, insurance and have to purchase lock.

I first met Chris about a month ago, I stopped in for information on possibilities of renting a storage unit, he was very helpful… a few weeks later I called & spoke to Wanda , she was also very helpful… I found the help to be very easy to talk too , answered all my questions … they certainly love their job… very professional in all their dealings with me …
