I spoke with Greg over the phone and he was very helpful as he gave me useful info, extended my reservation, and was a great help when I arrived. He got me set up and showed me my unit. The light didn't come on at first but he wasn't hesitant to fix the issue. He got it to come on and all was good. He was very kind and I feel good about where I will be storing my things.

They have raised the cost of my unit from 85 to 175 over the years. It smells like dead mice. It’s in an awful part of the city and I think homeless people are living in some of the units
