United Kingdom | 18 February 2025Very poor customer service. I booked in with this company after recieving a flyer through the letter box. First two cleans were great, but they never turned up after that. I rang the company in December (2024), I explained that no one had been to clean the windows since early November and I wanted to check if there was an issue. The person I spoke to was very abrupt and told me that I was wrong and that they had been. I however explained that I work from home and also have a doorbell camera so I know that no one had been. All I got in response was that doorbell cameras are not reliable and I must of missed them (not sure how I could have missed someone cleaning the set of patio doors I sit next to when I'm working). I asked for it to be looked at further and got told that he didn't have time to look into it there and then and he'd call me back. Still waiting for a call back as of 18/02/25. I cancelled my direct debit in the new year as I wasn't paying for a service I hadn't recieved. What I didn't explain at the time was the other reason I knew they hadn't been. My side gate is kept permemantly locked, they would have had to knock on the door for me to open it for them. As such even if they had been and I (somehow) missed them they still would have only been able to do half the house. Considering they claim to "take all complaints very seriously and we will deal with them immediately if and when they are raised" I posted my experience to facebook and rather than addressing my review I was blocked and my comment deleted. It seems they're only happy to engage with people if they think it fits their narrative.

United Kingdom | 29 November 2023Been using willis' cleaning service for many years now, and always happy with their service. Scott and team are always on time (we have 4 weekly window cleans) and the team go that extra mile to ensure job satisfaction. Would highly reccomend!
