I really liked the products I ordered and wanted to keep them, but unfortunately found the sizing didn’t quite suit me and will be returning the parcel - hence 4/5 stars. I would’ve used them for yoga and weight lifting (or maybe even just worn them as a co-ord on a sunny day). For reference I am size 10, 62kg, 165cm, size 34D chest. I went for the size I would usually order in tight/gym clothes. I ordered a bra top in medium, which was the nicest, lime green animal print, thick material, but found it just wasn’t supportive enough as I couldn’t adjust the shoulder straps any smaller. The shorts in the same material and size were lovely, but very tight around my hips in an odd place. I don’t think the size up would have worked as they were very high waisted and I think it would have folded down when moving about. I like the sustainable ethos, plastic-free package and the clothes seemed really good quality. The Royal Mail return label was included in the parcel for minimal faff. I might be tempted to try again at some point!

I bought my first pair of Jilla leggings 6 years ago. They just started wearing off from all the washing, wear and tear! So I just bought my second pair recently. Honestly- the best!

I really enjoyed my experience with Jilla Active. The fabric of the top I bought is very thick and good quality (although perhaps too warm for summer) and very comfortable. The postage was quick and easy! I will definitely be buying from this company again.

Order never arrived. Told it was sent but Royal Mail tracking said they never received the package. Still waiting for a £70 refund

Update: I finally got the parcel one day after my review. One of the items doesn't fit me so I had to order a different size with express delivery because it's been almost 2 weeks now. 3 stars because of one bad experience. Hope it's improving soon! Original review: This is my second order because I really like the products. First order was a very good impression on the brand. However, I've been waiting for my order for a week now, Royal Mail tracking code said they haven't received the item. Iris has been helping me with the order but every answer from Iris is very vague. Like were trying our best to post your products. I don't understand why they can't just send me the items if the first delivery went wrong. Please, can you fix the issue for me now. I gave you so many opportunities to make it right but I still haven't got the product.

Great product - comfortable fabric and good colour. I have three now and they work well for my reformer pilates - don't ride up and good coverage. Not everyone wants bra tops or short skimpy shirts.

Love my all in one. It perhaps could be a little higher neck-wise so that my décolletage wasn’t so much on show but overall the feel and movement of the piece is perfect. I wear it for yoga.
