United Kingdom | 14 May 2024Ordered a raised bed with support frame from Waitrose Garden online. Product supplied by Garland Products Ltd. Part of the support frame was missing. Contacted Waitrose Garden via email, no response. Telephoned call centre and call handler didn’t know how to resolve the matter. Stated she would speak to manager and call back. No return call as promised. I emailed Waitrose Garden again, no response. Called Waitrose Head Office in Bracknell, UK, spoke to a helpful call handler, who was unable to help as it seems Waitrose Garden is nothing to do with Waitrose! Waitrose Garden call centre is in South Africa. Now looking at how I can get a refund. It seems I’m not able to return the raised bed to a Waitrose store! Do not buy from Waitrose Garden! Also contacted Garland Products Ltd, who stated Waitrose needed to resolve the matter even though it is a product from their company!

This is the time of year when I get all my trays, propagator and tools out, clean them all ready for the Spring and the joy of reading the seed catalogues. Point being all are in perfect condition ready and waiting; what fantastic value for money these products are!

United Kingdom | 04 March 2023I contacted the company regarding a fault that had developed out of warranty. They responded straight away, and offered to replace the unit for a very reasonable fee. Having returned the unit, the company responded the same day to confirm it was faulty and would be replaced. Excellent service, and I will certainly buy from the company again, with confidence.

United Kingdom | 19 March 2022Perhaps the best overall customer service I have EVER experienced. I had a query relating to a premium product which had a 7-year gurantee but had deteriorated. Many thanks to both Ethan and Mark who showed the sort of behaviour all companies should - they were helpful, honest, informative and ultimately did exactly what they promised within days - if the rest of the company have the same moral compass and focus on service then it must be an awesome place to work and be part of. Keep it up guys!

I must have been on hold for about 15 seconds before my call was answered and they sorted my problem instantaneously. I would definitely buy from this lot again.

United Kingdom | 03 July 2020Really good customer service. Had an issue with one of the garden furniture covers. Response was within 30 minutes and replacement arrive next day. Product has also been upgraded to prevent the issue happening again. Very impressed.

United Kingdom | 07 January 2020A good source of quite hard to find window sill trays, available direct from the English manufacturer along with a very wide range of other garden and home products (the 'Garden Trays' title here is a misnomer!) Arrived very promptly and well packed, will be buying again!
