I mistakingly setup two subscriptions in error and I was asked if it was a mistake proactivley. I was delighted with the honesty and efficiency. The person I was dealing with was friendly and warm which was refreshing and I felt I was being looked after well.

Customer Service - isn't it great when you get a company when you can actually speak to a person straightaway and who knows their stuff!! Very unusual these days as someone else said. I've been taking these supplements for about 18 months - I won't now take anything else as they do everything I want them to do ... and I'm never ill. I work in a school and its a standing joke between staff that I'm always the last one standing. Can't be coincidence but its only since I've been taking these supplements.

I called Lumity customer care as had received an email from what I thought was Royal Mail asking for extra money on receipt of my purchase and wondered if it was fraudulent. The girl Olivia called back (after not getting through originally) and reassured me they weren’t asking for any more money and we chatted about a few things. Very good customer care!

Wonderful company excellent customer service

I am really impressed. The product is amazing.I stopped taking it for 3 weeks as I was away and had run out prior to my time away and I really noticed a difference. Now that I am back to on my routine I really noticed the effects of taking the supplements daily. No question it is expensive but you don't need to supplement with anything else. Love it.

Best customer experience journey to date. I haven't yet started with taking the vitamins (they are on their way!!) yet but already wanted to share some feedback on how the process has been with placing my order. Coming from a customer service background myself I very much appreciate when customer service is done right. I had some questions about shipping since I'm based in the EU and immediately received all the information I needed to make an informed decision (if anyone is wondering - for EU customers orders ship from a warehouse in the EU so you won't get hit with additional import duties & costs). Placing the order was seemless (had some issues with using my credit card but that was handled).The communication after placing the order is great, you receive updates and are sent information on your product before it arrives which I thought was really neat. Thank you Paris for taking such good care of me!

Always easy to order, easy to navigate the website & once I set up my subscription I am notified when it is due, everything is in place but if I need to reschedule for any reason I can edit the dates to accommodate this. Always delivered on time & in sustainable packaging.

Excellent service

It's very early days so I can’t attest to Lumity’s efficacy as claimed just yet. However I feel moved to record that it's like taking horse pills everyday! I'm surprised that no other reviews seem to reference this. I don't have a particular problem swallowing pills as a rule but these are big - and 8 times a day is a lot of times to have to swallow a horse pill. Here’s hoping there is some miracle benefits awaiting me so it's worth it. It's a shame the product couldn't be formulated as a liquid.
