United Kingdom | 30 June 2020Overpriced. Night time capsules smell foul! Cancellation is not processed immediately as Lumity have suggested in previous responses to reviews. When you select 'cancel' the action simply changes the next billing date to a few dates later than planned and message advises that a representative will be in touch to confirm the cancellation. I opted to cancel yesterday and I have heard nothing. This does not constitute immediate and suggests that someone has to approve my cancellation!! There is no way to remove my payment card details either. This is just a marketing con. Eat healthily, do regular exercise, you don't need Lumity.

United Kingdom | 06 June 2020Very good service, I only stopped using the gels when I found out they were not vegan which was a shame. On their website they say they will eventually have vegan friendly gels. Overall if you are not vegan the gels actually work.

United Kingdom | 26 May 2020lets start with whats positive, the branding and all consumer touch points digitally are well done which is why I bough into the brand promise. I'm almost 2 weeks or more into using the morning and evening supplements. 1) Im hoping the heavy glass containers are here to stay and act as refill containers for the vitas or else its quite wasteful to be consuming this much pakcaging with every monthly delivery 2) I haven't as yet noticed any marked difference in my skin quality, yet I do believe I may need to give it more time to be fair before conclusing. Having said this for this price I have yet to see the value add component of buying into far more expensive supplements, and so in the absence of a clear improvement subtle as it may be, im afraid i wont be continuing longer term use. I do think the value exchange isnt currently working in my favour as a consumer, and this is where I would suggest the brand looks more broadly at its value proposition since im sure im not the only one who is struggling to make sense of the longer term investment given the current absence of results
