I also got free next day delivery, I ordered at 12pm ish and it arrived at 9:30am the next day I was so impressed. Not only was it quick it was packaged superbly with bubble wrap to protect it. I love my new straighteners and will definitely buy from here again highly recommended!

I recently purchased from UKHairdressers.com a hair colourant product called Fanciful. This is a product I first discovered while visiting the USA. and have purchased this very good product many times since from other sources. However the product I received from UKHairdressers was not in my opinion the real quality product that I had been used to getting. After a breakdown in communications................. I am pleased to say that I have today received a call and an e-mail from UKHairdressers who say they had tried unsucessfully to contact me previously to give me an update on the problem and I am pleased to say that following on from this dialogue they have explained what the problem was with the recent batch of the product and will replace these faulty ones with the corrected replacements as soon as they get them in the next week. They are also looking in to the reason why the e- mails they sent never got delivered to me, so as to prevent such a situation arising again, so well done UKH. you've made me happy again.

I bought a product for my little girl (who has mixed Afro hair) and it gets very knotty really easily. The product I ordered was perfect! A daily moisturizer which helps the comb slide straight through her hair! No more tears :-) and to to top it off I paid no delivery charges and the product was with me in just a few days.
