I couldn’t reply to your reply so I’ll just post said reply here. I would consider emailing the address you provided if I actually thought any good would come from it. The fact you admit you have no correspondence on record is telling in itself. Trustpilot makes you put a date (and will not allow a date to be longer than a year) when completing a review. The reason I highlight this is because my bad experience was not the first bad experience I had with you guys. A few years prior you did the same BS. To summarise, I won’t be writing an email to the ‘generic’ tiger@tiger email you provided because of the points I highlighted and because frankly life is too short. If you had any sense of client/customer service you would be reaching out to me to ask what happened, not requesting that I contact some BS generic email you list on Trustpilot. As I said, GOD AWFUL.
