Easy to follow, easy to remember and with no technical problem.

I enjoyed the course, learned lots. Although I enjoyed the humor, I can see it would not be for everyone eg. my wife. For me it gave some relief amidst some pretty serious material.

I would rate the course a high 4 but you switched me up at the last! I opted initially for immediate electronic download. Your concluding pages offered direct filing with the court and (I thought) reassured me I would still receive an immediate copy as backup. It was only when it was too late to change that I saw your text indicating the copy would be sent via snail mail. That poor communication soured me on the experience.
