Easy access, variety of courses and quick help

Continued trainings has been extremely easy to use and very informational. I am able to look up different topics for trainings that is within my specialty as well as educational trainings outside of my specialty that were interesting to learn. It is also time friendly. If I know that I have 3 hours to complete a training, I can find a training within that time frame.

I love Continued for receiving my CUEs. Nice ease of use and choices of topics to choose from. Highly recommend.

Presenter was well informed and relayed the information at good pace. The handouts were applicable and informative. The live virtual session was easy access and tye presenter allowed participants to ask questions.

Continued allowed me to select courses best suited to getting my CADC II renewed. The professors overall did a great job of explaining information and ensuring that as a learner I was able to preform well when it came to taking the exam.

I explained what happened when taking a quiz, and surprisingly, they granted me permission to retake the quiz! I appreciated the quick response as well.

There are some presenters who are very good to excellent, for example, Dr Barsky. There are others, but his name comes immediately to mind as he has done a number of presentations. I am also grateful for the opportunity to attend live webinars.

I love that many of the classes are audio. I can listen while on the go.

I love the connivence and access to topics. The presenters are good and provide practical information to help you grow as a social worker. I love that I have the ability to do the training whenever I like.

Lots of different trainings!

I initially signed up for the unlimited package because I thought it was a good value and I like the times of the live trainings. However out of 3 of my live classes 1 was cancelled last minute and the other 1 the presenter never showed up. This is incredibly inconsiderate for professionals and their time and it's showing me that the classes are not dependable for obtaining CEUs

The presenter did an excellent job responding to comments and questions from participants as well as keeping content current and relevant. The topic was certainly thought provoking and will ever be a work in a state of change -

Very easy and accessible

I appreciate all the different topics to choose from. I appreciate the ability to do live webinars or on my own. I mostly appreciate the cost.

I find this format for CEUs accessible. I wish you could play the recordings at a haste ed speed, being neurodiverse I like listening to things faster, but otherwise have no complaints.
