Botswana | 26 November 2024Two names, Bonono & Raymond. The flight to my camp was good with a friendly pilot putting me at ease. But then my transfer to my hotel didn't show up. Bonono & Raymond took it upon themselves to get me transfered and put me at ease. Not for one minute did she not smile ensuring me she's got me sorted. I have never come across such professionalism in one company all around. Well done Helicopter Horizons.
