Non existent customer service. I have been trying to get ahold of a person since January 5th (it is now January 22) through several messages sent through their website, several emails, and several calls with voicemails left, facebook messenger, and instagram messenger. I now have to reschedule my son's driving appt because of an error on their end.

It was cool. Exciting to learn off of. Made me happy that i knew more now then i did last year. I passed every one of the tests. It made learning pretty ok and easy to understand.

It’s was good

The unit 1 test would lag and then end. Had to make several attempts. You also have to wait a bit to go to the next question. You spend time just sitting after you answered the question. It just seems fairly outdated with how advanced the tech learning market is at this point.

So easy to work with online and helpful with showing all the needs to be done. Will definitely recommend to people!

My 15 years old son was able to do online classes all by himself without any ones help. That gave me a break. I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

I am so thankful to have found Online Driving Professor! The process for obtaining a driver's license these days is nothing but a nightmare but, the information given by ODP and the user experience has been very welcomed! They have lists of what is needed for any and all situations and links to the documents required for the DMV. After a hiccup in communication, the owner himself called and remedied the situation over the phone immediately. I highly recommend this company for any driver's ed needs!
