I’m happy to recommend this dental clinic! The service was excellent, they can speak on different languages, and the prices for veneers and implants were the best ! Everything was handled quickly and painlessly. I traveled all the way from Montreal, Canada, and I have absolutely no regrets—highly recommended!

I am so pleased I chose this clinic to have my dental implants done also to remove a troublesome wisdom tooth. I did a lot of research before I made this choice and I’m so pleased that I chose Prime Dental From the time I arrived at the airport until leaving, I have only praise and recommendation for this clinic. Pelin, my personal assistant has been amazingly efficient, very responsive and helpful. She speaks excellent English The dental surgeon Ezgi was so friendly yet extremely professional. She had my wisdom tooth out in no time and I hadn’t realised she had put the implants in too all in under half an hour-unbelievable! No pain whatsoever. I was eating normally by day two. This clinic charges a fraction of what it costs in the UK. The surgery itself is modern, ultra high-tech, friendly and extremely welcoming. I was introduced to Alp, who will be fitting my crowns in three months time. Today was the third day and I managed to go sightseeing in Istanbul centre. Tomorrow, my final day Pelin has arranged a private taxi back to the airport. I’m actually looking forward to part two of my treatment in June. Well done, and thank you Prime Dental.

At first I was sceptical because of all the media hype about “Turkey teeth” but I’m so glad I went ahead with the treatment. Onur, my contact was always on hand to answer questions and he was always professional and supportive. The clinic is very clean and modern and the staff and reception team were all very welcoming. The Dental doctor that treated me always tried to explain what he was doing and Onur was on hand to translate when it got technical. I was treated with courtesy and kindness from all the staff and never felt that I was getting ‘below par’ service. I would never have been able to afford this kind of treatment in the UK, so am extremely grateful that I found Clinic Prime. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is considering getting dental treatment done in Turkey. They are top notch!

I have just returned home after stage 1 of my treatment and I am very very happy with it so far, I have had 6 implants a sinus lift a bone graft 3 extractions and Botox in my jawbone. Although there was extra cost to my initial price it was clear it was essential and the price was also very fair (this is where I thought I might get ripped off) everything about the clinic is what you would expect from the best dentist in the UK. You have your uk representative on hand sorting out translation etc he also sorts out your transfers and accommodation. I'm looking forward to returning for stage 2. Before I chose Clinic Prime I had 3 consultations in the uk and the cheapest was 30k I have had more work done than expected and only been charged 8k. I thoroughly reccomend Clinic Prime

My experience of Clinic Prime Istanbul was very positive. I needed a new crown fitted and compared then with a few other clinics before making a decision. Ela was my initial point of contact who discussed options, prices etc. She was never pushy and patiently answered any questions I had. The actual facilities and experience on the days I was there were 1st class (clean, clearly modern equipment, friendly staff etc). Ela was there to greet me and also acted as translator when needed. Everything was conducted in a very professional way. The whole experience and results were far better and far more cost effective than here in the UK. I paid for a white crown which was made of far stronger and longer lasting material (zirconia) than what my dentist offered in the UK. It was even much cheaper than the bog standard silver one i could have got with an NHS subsidy! Even got a 3D scan of my entire mouth done which was included in the price. Never seen one of those available in the UK! In summary, highly recommended and great experience from start to finish. Very professional business.

Clinic Prime staff, Nurses and Dentist provided excellent Customer Service from start to finish they were helpful and understanding. The clinic was easily accessible. In particular Dr Ersin was excellent. Reasonable price and excellent service furthermore I would highly recommend people to get a quote from Clinic Prime aswell.

I've came to Istanbul on 20th January with a different company(DentSpa rip off company) I was very disappointed about everything that they done to me, but on 21th January I've find this clinic, they are very welcome people, briliant communication, briliant service, and all done in 3 days, I would recommend them to everyone every day all day. Wish I could give more stars! I had the absolute best experience ever with this dental clinic. From beginning to end everything was stellar. Great transportation, hotel and then the clinic?? Omg My translator/host was very very very great setting things up and while I was there made sure I was always happy. My dentist?? Unreal!! Very very detail in making sure I understood everything that was going to happen and then explaining everything that had happened after. So careful and meticulous to detail and a perfectionist! My goodness! Also for a fraction of the cost that I was quoted to get the work done in the US. I did start there with at another clinic in Turkey and they started off good but towards the end I felt I was on a conveyor belt and once the money was in their hands the care got less. Not this place.. From walking in to leaving everything was perfect and I’m telling everyone I know to go here .. You won’t find a better place with better care and better service. I will continue to come here for my dental needs even though I live in the states! Well worth every mile and dime! Everyone needs to come here and experience this!

I can not say enough about how wonderful everyone at the clinic was to me, especially my personal assistant Pelin. I’m VERY VERY HAPPY with the care, cost & quality of my recent dental treatments that comprised of two crowns and two implants. A state of the art facility with wonderful & competent dentists, oral surgeon & their assistants. I think I found a new home for my dental needs even though I’m from New York City. That’s what I think of Clinic Prime. They provided all the logistics - airport transfers, a nice hotel just a 7 minute walk from the clinic & amazing dental care at only 10% of the cost of what I would’ve paid in NYC. When I left I told Pelin I would give 10 stars out of 5. It’s that good!

What a great experience from beginning to completion with Clinic Prime. We were somewhat dubious about the whole ‘Turkey teeth’ concept as there have been many reports of unsuccessful outcomes. however, if you are contemplating this treatment, you will not go wrong with this very professional surgery. Ahmet was our first point of contact and was responsive and so helpful as were the whole staff here. As far as the end result, we could not be happier. Would definitely recommend them to anyone that might have their doubts. They also supply the accommodation and transport to and from the airport so you are looked after from day one. Well done and thank you Clinic Prime. You do it right!

Our treatment journey was an excellent experience from the airport to the dental chair and beyond. All staff, doctors were sincerely caring and the treatment was of highest quality. The price was a fraction of UK and USA. The quality was just as good if not better. I am thankful to my friend who introduced us the Clinic Prime. Me and my family had 12 implants among us and the quality of care and implants is among the top in the world. The city of Istanbul is a best gift on top.

Die Clinik Prime ist die reinste Katastrophe. Gehen sie dort auf gar keinen Fall hin. Die Ärztin hat die Implantate zu nahe zusammen gesetzt. Es musste in Deutschland wieder entfernt werden da kein Knochen dazwischen war und somit das Implantat keinen Halt hatte. Das untere Implantat wurde schräg gesetzt viel zu nah an der Wurzel meines gesunden Zahnes.Siehe Foto.Diesen musste ich aufgrund dieses fatalen Fehlers ziehen lassen. Vor Ort wollen sie wesentlich mehr Geld. Riesenabzocke. Ich bereue es ohne Ende dass ich bei Clinik Prime war. Leider kann ich keine weiteren Fotos hinzufügen um zu beweisen wie katastrophal die Arbeit von Clinic Prime war. Clinik Prime is a complete disaster. Don't go there under any circumstances. The doctor placed the implants too close together. They had to be removed in Germany because there was no bone between them and the implant had no hold. The lower implant was placed at an angle, much too close to the root of my healthy tooth.See Foto. I had to have it pulled because of this fatal mistake. They want a lot more money there. A huge rip-off. I regret going to Clinik Prime forever. Unfortunately I can't add more photos to prove how catastrophic the work of this clinic was

I decided a some time back that I needed to restore my teeth due to years of clenching and grinding. They were so worn down and getting worse. I did a lot of research and took my time deciding on Prime Clinic. I didn’t know anyone who had been there before but all the reviews on Trust Pilot, What Clinic and Google were top notch so I contacted them. Pelin, my patient coordinator, was very prompt. I sent pics of my teeth and what I’d hoped to achieve, then she set to work with Dr Ersin Arican to create a plan based on my budget and time frame. I was happy to go with it and booked my flight for 3 months later. I am a woman travelling alone to a country I’ve never been to so I was nervous. Pelin arranged everything from the airport transfers to the hotel and of course my stay at the hotel - which is a 5 min walk away from the clinic -and it’s beautiful btw. From the very first appointment, they set to work. X-rays, scans and then the full prep for my crowns. Everyday there was much to do. I was so well looked after by everyone. I knew I was in safe hands. The work was uncomfortable at times (it’s never comfortable keeping your mouth open for long periods) but completely painless. I was sent home with good pain killers should I need them (as I had 2 root canals) but I had no pain. The result has completely exceeded my expectations - I’m delighted with myself and want to thank all the staff at Prime Clinic for their professionalism, particularly Dr Ersin Arican for his lovely kind approach and his meticulous attention to detail. I travelled from Ireland.
