United Kingdom | 14 July 2024I was the owner of Kingsbury Garden Centre the site of which has now been sold to HS2 . On the date of sale HS2 refused to proceed because of the fly tipping of materials of a dubious nature that had occurred on site between closure and sale. This including fridge freezers , gas canisters and oil drums . I contacted Stephen who immediately visited , gave a quotation and calmed the situation . His professionalism communication and speed of action was excellent working over a weekend. The site was cleared and the sale has now been completed . Thank You Paul Ruse & family.
