Germany | 03 August 2017I ordered a brown Apple iPhone 6 case at Mos Accessories but didn't like it's color as it was differing a lot from the pictures. I therefore asked for the possibility to return the case and got a reply promptly. In the end I was granted a refund as the case and packaging still were in "new" condition". Due to the fast and always very friendly reaction of Mos Accessories I then decided to order the same case in black color from them. Another reason for ordering at MoS Accessories was that their products are reasonably priced. Furthermore the delivery was carried out in a very quick way ... overall I can recommend this company with no hesitation and will again order products in the future from them myself.

United Kingdom | 07 October 2016I rarely write reviews for online retailers. However, given the excellent experience I had with Mos Accessories, I felt compelled to make an exception. I ordered a Marley Chant speaker for my daughter. It came quickly but unfortunately it had a fault – it wouldn’t charge and when I pulled out the USB lead it died on me. I emailed Mos Accessories and within 20 mins I had a response. Mo said he would look into it and come back to me. Overnight I had another email from Mo saying that he had spoken to his suppliers and there was another on its way and there was no need to send back the old broken unit. Within 48 hours I had another email from Mo to say that he had the replacement unit in and that he was charging and checking it before sending it out. I received the replacement unit – it works just fine and my daughter (and me) are very happy. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mo’s Accessories – the 5 star customer service and genuine concern that they had a happy customer is something I haven’t seen for years. Thank you Mo!
