I have experienced the most horrendous service with York BTC and feel frustrated with myself believing this company would not prove to be a scam!! I have invested 10,000gbp and started off with minumum 1000gbp with a great rep assisting me before passed onto a rep Thomas and then his service was great constantly connecting communicating and persuded me to invest more and more from 5k to now 10k sadly my mother in uk got sick and flying back and forth from Canada where I live to Uk was exhausting and 2022 was draining and still in contact and 2023 Summer my mother passed away and whilst grieving and trying to come to terms with the death of my mother I was passed onto a guy called Harry who spoke to me briefly and completed I lost all and was like confused and not really understanding and fell sick and dealing with the death but no compassion or care of my situation and emails of missing each other with time difference and then when I was back after looking after my father being alone and 80yrs this new guy was given to me and totally ignorant and service got worse and now felt sorry we don't know how to help and i was saying BTC has made money and I will not put anymore funds as that is all they want more and more and more funds and now BTC has made it and Thomas explained and promised Btc will go to $100 I will make it so I am asking WHERE IS MY ACCOUNT WHO IS LOOKING AFTER IT AND WHY DOES NO ONE PICK UP THE PHONE EVER AND EVER EMAIL ME this is totally unexeceptable and I want my money back and have a right to my funds which I took out from my RRSP so if anyone is ever there who can simply give me my funds back and my profit made I will only believe it is the biggest scam !!! very upset client ....

Dont use BOT trading, ive done it now on multiple platforms, all end up losing eventually. Yorkbtc shines when it comes to account managers and financial advice, their managed accounts are traded well, not as promoted, but overall a great positive result.

I dont get how people are losing money in these markets, I found that yorkbtc has been very helpful on my crypto journey over the past few years, both explaining the risks and rewards and diversifying my portfolios. I think too many people are using bots rather than investing the time.

High pressure to sign you up. Unbelievable expectations and a chart that shows a wonderful increase in value while you are sending money or promising to. As soon as you stop sending money you will notice your account lose money quickly. I signed up just to see what would happen, with money I could afford to lose. Please do not sign up with them or send money. This is a classic scam setup, their will be a couple of people that will make money here. They are used to give the illusion YBTC is legit, it is not. Just buy bitcoin yourself and watch cryto casey on youtube to learn how. She's good at explaining crypto investing.

A whole year to make $70 on a $500 investment, waste of time and NOT as advertised.

The results speak for themselves, besides a few glitches with some assets, the account continues to grow all year long.

They would not let me withdraw , i had to get help before they let me take my money.

Everything was dishonest and sly. I was endlessly pressured to put all I had in this bitcoin platform. John Morgan, one of his many names, would call at 5am to pressure me. Once I got home from surgery, I told him the state I was in, and he still kept pressuring me. I even used my credit card ( I wasn't in right frame of mind) he was relentless tho! I gave him all I had and I'm not rich at all! Months later,he told me I was up to $30,000, a bitcoin and some. I told him I needed half that money now and keep investing the rest. The very next day, it apparently ALL vanished!!! I know ,no stock broker will inest it all in one stock, in case this happens. But he claimed every single stock I had went "kapoot "! And nothing he could do! He took my whole retirement, so now at 60, on disability, I'm living in poverty because of a crook like this at Yorkbtc !!! After many tries,trying to reach him or anyone at all at that company, I still don't know what my next step should be. They don't answer calls or emails! Once they take all you have. They are DONE with you! Beware!!!!
