Megan was a very good trainer, she explained things very well and was very patient. The time constraint was a bit tight, it would be good if there was a bit more flexibility to allow for tech issues or people who have a lot of questions. The app however, is not what I was originally told it would it would be, and will not work well for us. I also find it ridiculous that our staff will need to download 3 apps - 1 for rosters, 1 for timesheets, and 1 for reimbursements.

Kevin gave us a fantastic introduction to BrightHR & BrightSafe and we are quite excited to get it up and running as it looks amazing. Kevin was very informative and gave us a great overview to get started but not too much information to overwhelm us :) Thank you Kevin
