Prerna has been absolutely great with answering all of my questions and taking me through all aspects of Bright thoroughly. Very patient with me as i lead a very busy and chaotic lifestyle and she was always so accommodating for that.

My training was with Kevin K. I forgot and I was late, hadn't registered and held him up. He worked with me and smashed through an awesome training session so I could see what was available. To top that I even got a call back letting me know a few answers to some tricky questions. So far its a good experience with everyone from Employsure....

The training with Sam was great, he showed me how to set up employees, how rosters work and shifts. He also answered other questions like how do I add several locations to one employee. Our company is quite complex (lots of different shifts) and he was able to lead me into the right direction of how to do it.
