Integro have been excellent from the beginning and through out the process. They have amazing knowledgeable doctors on board like Dr Niraj Singh that made time to listen to the problems I've been having and took the effort to find me a solution and set a plan in motion. The prescriptions are always on time and all the staff at Integro are friendly and professional. Thank you Integro and Dr Niraj Singh for the life changing help.

Had my initial consultation with Dr Ahsan on Friday. Spoke through the whole process and settle my nerves. Today I received approval from the clinic that I have been accepted after the MDT meeting. All in all has been super quick and helpful

This is my second review following my first 1 month follow up appointment. I really couldn't ask for more. Making the appointment was easy and with a very short wait. Dr Ahsan was friendly and knew his stuff. He listened to me, and I felt at ease, despite video calls usually making me feel anxious and uncomfortable. James is Unbelievable Down to earth

I'm writing this review at just before 5 in the morning due to "pain-somnia" being fully in-swing since I ran out of medication. I was with Curaleaf for several years before I had to leave due to prescription communication/delay issues, but up until then, things were fine. I've been with Integro for 3 months now and honestly, have yet to have a good experience. Out of interest in avoiding issues with communication, I asked the doctor at my first appointment if Integro offered dashboard/online portal options for managing invoices, reviewing histories, etc. I was told by the doctor that they didn't have one because patients were "adults" who could handle it. Things did not get better from there. Clinic staff have been unhelpful from the get-go. Currently I'm waiting on over £200 to be returned to me by staff after - you guessed it - an issue with unclear communication that resulted in a double payment. It's clear that Integro really, really, really want patients to use IPS, who I have had equally miserable experiences with (I'm truly blown away by this - the ratings are so high, and I was expecting so much better). When I tried to use a non-IPS pharmacy, I was told that Integro does not work with them (due to a lack of cooperation, according to Integro), and when I asked for signposting to pharmacies they *would* work with that had portals (why I chose the pharmacy I did), I was told - and I quote - to "do [my] own research." I don't think the clinics understand that the people using their services are disabled. I suspect they understand on an intellectual level, but not in a way that motivates policy and procedure to properly serve patients, including those with communication, processing, memory, executive function, and other impairments that mean that most things that a non-disabled "adult" can "handle." We need HELP. We are not trying to be "difficult" - there is a reason these services are hard to access, and every time I encounter a health service that doesn't seem to recognise this, I always have so many questions about the quality of that service in general. I have been trying so hard to avoid the disdain of my various medical providers by keeping on top of prescription requests (despite a lack of online account management in 95% of cases), yet apparently asking for a renewal well before I had run out of medication was insufficient; I asked to re-order on the 21st of June - with a variety of options - and here it is the 7th of July and I've been out for days, with no other options for relief (after over a decade of trialling various medications and therapies).

I have been suffering with bad pains due to osteoarthritis which started about 8-9yrs ago with a bad hip (awaiting replacement 🥺). Since then,it has spread to other places and most recently to my wrist which has left me in agony for a couple of months now. My gp and hospital doctors cannot do anything apart from giving me the usual painkillers e.t.c. The doctors have looked after me and mean well but since my consultation with Dr.Nayee everything has changed for me with regards to the wrist pain...it has gone within days! My other pains are nearly nonexistent after suffering for years and cannot describe how much of a difference there is now. The doctor (Dr.Nayee) has obviously got a good understanding of arthritis pain and I felt that he knew my exact conditions and I felt comfortable discussing it with him....he also listens!...I cannot rate this clinic highly enough, for me, this is life changing🙏. A big thanks to all the staff.... very helpful and very professional......will update again regarding the progress... David. 2/7/2024..... Have continued to be without the wrist pains and am now also enjoying a 'normal' sleep pattern as well! Have been able to have (light) physiotherapy to the wrist which I was unable to do due to agony!😵. Now I can slightly move it (although it still hurts).…I am sure this is all down to my medication and hopefully will be able to discuss this with the clinic. Thanks again.... David.

I’ve been with Integro for around 17 months now. I have never had any problems. Excellent service right from the very start to the current day. Dr Sunny is lovely and great for Chronic pain sufferers. I have my reviews with one of their nurses, James. He is very knowledgeable about mc and he’s very easy to talk to about any concerns you may have. Registration was quick, I currently order via email and all emails are replied to very quickly too with the admin staff. Integro are quite simply the full package.

As usual the doctors and the reception staff deal with this gs quickly and with care thank you for the medication and the help you continue to give us all
