Got a hold of customer service as I had a question on what I wanted. They were very helpful and got me squared away. I placed the order online and submitted my artwork. I got a proof the next day with a couple options. I picked what I liked, and the ordered processed and shipped super quick. Before I knew it I had the product at home. Let me tell you it was perfect. Great quality as well!! I can be very picky about things and I was impressed!! Will definitely be ordering again!

It was great until I looked closer at it the lettering plate and it wasn't glued on properly,you could see the seam .

We ordered our very first set of awards for our brokerage through Paradise Awards. They were not only professional and reasonable in price but they were amazingly beautiful! Their customer service was awesome as well. Communication was great, even when we needed to make a last minute change, and were very accommodating, ensuring we got our awards on time. I was disappointed with my Lombardi Trophy replica. The plate with text on it was not centered on the front of the tropy, there was a dull scuff mark on the side of the trophy and the football had a slight dent in it.
