They checked in with me to review the formatting on the plate and got the trophy to me swiftly. They also have a selection which far outmatches any competitor’s. They were very accommodating. Although, I thought the okay to go forward with the order was sufficient. It wasn't until I search my emails that I found the email requesting me to give permission to complete the order. I would do business with them in the future.

I had to hunt down an award created by my predecessor, and duplicate it for this year. The team at Paradise was so helpful in locating our previous order, helping layout the design, and turning around the order in less than a week. So grateful for the excellent customer service!

I had multiple items for the fire department and I had no idea what to do or what to choose. Victor walked me through all of the choices and help me chose what would look best. So HELPFUL! I also got helped online with the design and names of a perpetual plaque that came out BEAUTIFULLY! And all of this was done so quickly! wow! My boss was really happy!
