I had a fantastic experience. I met Doug around 12 year s ago and kept his card this whole time. I trusted him then and thought if I ever bought gold this is who I'd go through. Sure enough I dialed the number and Chris answered. I told him my story and he told me Doug owns the company. I know nothing about Gold or Silver and Chris must have spent almost a half hour on the phone with me. I fealt so good about my transaction I have told several people about them. Great company!!! Nice and safe both seem like trustworthy guys.i will buy again from them

On the plus side, BGSS was helpful by not canceling my order when my payment was delayed. On the negative side, they shipped me the wrong junk silver product. I ordered quarters/dimes but half dollars were sent. Finally, the plastic bag they were shipped in (inside a box) broke during shipping, allowing them to roll around inside the outer packaging. I don’t think I’ll use this company again. Update: Thanks BGSS for responding quickly to my concerns. I no longer have the original packaging. The plastic bag that the coins were in burst allowing the coins to move freely within the outer packaging. The larger issue is getting half dollars rather than dimes/quarters. I already had Half dollars and specifically wanted the dimes/quarters. I'll keep what I have as it's a hassle to exchange. Because of the good customer service (responsiveness), I will consider using BGSS in the future. Second update : I have to say that I'm truly impressed with the customer service at BGSS. No less than company owner Doug Eberhardt called to express his concern that my order got mixed up. He indicated that my product mix-up was the first of it's kind in company history and sincerely wanted to make the order right. It's not often I'm this impressed with a company's dedication to customer satisfaction. In keeping with that, I'm changing my rating to 4 stars. I'm optimistic that my rating will elevate to five stars after my next order. Thanks Doug!

I purchased 5 GAE and got the delivery 3 days after the check cleared which took about 3-4 days. From the time I made the purchase online, I mailed the check on the same day, to the day I received the package took 11 days. The only complaint I have is that there is no receipt in the package.

It took awhile for my check to get from Texas to California, I got concerned and called these folks waking the owner at 6am his time. He assured me all was ok and he was waving the check clearing process and sending my order out that day. Which he did!! Awesome customer service!!!!!
