The product I wanted was easy to find and order. The only thing that I didn't like was an e-mail confirming my order. Other than that, the package arrived on time and well packed. Shipping was a little pricey, but so is everything else these last couple of years.

Repair parts available for a10+ year old, well built appliance. Will probably last another 10 years!

The Maxum Electrostatic appears to be a fine machine. Have had it running for about 4 hours and the whole house smells better and the air just feels lighter. My sinuses have cleared up just in that short amount of time. We have a lot of wood furniture and trim and the wood grain model looks great and blends right in, it looks like it’s been here all along. Shipping was very fast also. I refuse to buy imports unless there are no domestic options available. I’m glad to have found a USA made product that doesn’t require replacing expensive filters. Though it is inconvenient to have to clean the filter cell, the cost savings are huge when compared to HEPA. I am very proud of my purchase.

Cleaning solution arrived well packed and protected for possible leaks in transit. Used the solution and it did a great job of cleaning the unit following the provided instructions. Only small complaint is the total cost with shipping is a little steep. I understand shipping a gallon of liquid is not cheap just wish there was a solution I could buy locally.

I've been searching for a smoke eater, came upon your site, bought the home model a year ago and im in love with my smoke eater, I clean it monthly, easy peasy and I just replaced filter with the canna filter,wow it works fabulous

I called there to order and quess what? The president of the company answered! I could not believe my ears! Where do you go that you get a real person to talk to you without waiting a hour or so? I loved it and I would recommend these people totally. If you need a LAke AIR product or a filter for them just let these people know! They will certainly take good care of you!
