Painless from being reached out to, to getting on and through the call. The account login information was a little tricky. For some reason, I couldn't recall it very well and tracking that step of the process was not quite as easy. Overall, no major issues.

The consultation request was clearly formulated. Good communication and the dashboard system makes it very convenient. Correct and respectfull way of working. If they request my consulting in the future, I will surely accept it.

I received a short notice to consult on a topic where I did not feel my expertise was aligned with the clients needs. After texting and emailing Coleman contacts I was told the client reviewed my profile and was still interested in the consultation. In short, the client was looking for expertise in the chemical manufacturing space and my experience was in the water and wastewater treatment space. Once getting on the call the client confirmed it was not a good match and that they were specifically interested in the chemical space. I wasted my time having to deal with multiple exchanges with Coleman and then with the client, to be paid for 8 minutes of my time. The client specifically stated that they were apologetic for the misunderstanding an authorized 15 minute payment. I blame Coleman for not vetting this properly to begin with, especially when I was very clear on my experience.

The process of screening for the consultation was very easy and helpful in ensuring my expertise for the call was appropriate. The online call feature made connecting with the client very easy.
