I was trying to find somewhere to waive the shipping fee. I hate shipping fees. I’m on a limited income and I’ve been waiting approximately 10 years to buy this perfume so if you wanted to do something really nice for an older woman, you might knock off the shipping fee for me.

My first time buying from your website and I had to sign up for text messages to get a 20% off and then I was not able to use it because the item said you could not use coupons with this purchase! I would not have signed up for text messages if I had known that.

Being able to purchase what I needed was fine. What wasn't good was, that although I had allowed the computer to put my location in, the store that I am supposed to pick up what I purchased is way far from my home. I am troubled as to how to get it sent to the store near me.!

I could not order OPI nail polish on-line. I typed description into search bar several times….nothing. Disappointed and frankly do not understand, it was one of the reasons I opened an account. Have always purchased OPI in store.

Very good price and quick delivery. Only problem was the cap was not tight. The bottle was well protected but a little leaked from the cap and made the bottle and bubble wrap messy.

I was not provided with a tracking number. I have no idea when my order will be arriving.
