I ordered a set of 4 molds for my small business. The shipping was fast as expected however, I only received 1 mold of the 4. I called Boldmaker and spoke with Jim and advise him of my order error. He advise me that he would let shipping dept know. I also emailed Kieran at the company. I received a reply back within minutes. Kieran overnight my other 3 molds. I am so happy and grate of the customer service that I receive and the quick turn around of response of correcting the error. I will defiantly will be ordering from Boldmaker again.

These molds are complete game changer in gummy production! The mold cavity lay out makes it easier to fill and to de-mold. Much easier than the flimsy silicone molds. I feel like a professional now!
