I've been giving 5 star reviews to Dial 7 for 20 years but not for yesterday. The car was a mess, looked like the driver was living in it, littered with old newspapers. Rather than representing the face of Dial 7, he suggested we contact him direct for future rides. He had trouble with my credit card so I gave him another, but then got a false $117. charge on the first one!?! Scamming me?

I appreciate the email an text updates. Our driver arrived early and drove safely.
