Hired some inflatables / Santa throne for our Christmas Event. Communication throughout was fantastic and items were as described. Overall, a great service delivered and would use again.

Won't use them again. Booked a castle for a birthday party. It arrived soaking wet Every kid came off it with wet clothes. The staff at the end of the email just offered me a 50% off another bouncy castle..... yeah that's great. Not interested in customers.

The castle made our party exceptional. Booking was easy and the delivery men, who I think were called Paul and Connor, were friendly and helpful. We got the biggest castle and they were able to take it through the house without any trouble. I would definitely use this company again.

A fabulous experience with A1 Bounce. Good communication following my online order and the delivery and collection on the day of my party was bang on the time they had stated. The kids (and quite a few of the adults!) loved the bouncy castle, which really made our party special. Highly recommended!!

We hired a bouncy castle via A1 for my sons birthday. A couple of days before the party I received an email that they would deliver between 11 and 11.30 even thought I filled in a form that the party started at 11. They told me they couldn't get there any earlier, but they would be quick with the set up. 11.30AM on the day, still no bouncy castle so I rang them. The girl on the phone said someone would ring me back shortly. No call back. 11:45AM still no bouncy castle. Rang again, same message. 12:00AM they finally turned up, gone through paperwork and left. Kids go on the bouncycastle. The thing was soaking wet, apart from that this was very annoying after waiting for it for an hour. Also very dangerous. Rang them on Monday to discuss this, I would get a call back. Never happened. Rang them on Wednesday, girl said we are very sorry our apologies. I told her that apologies didnt cover it, I would get a call back before Friday. She also told me that they had send me a message about being delayed on the day, a message that I never received. She said I have got it here and send it over to you as prove. Just like the "message" they did send on the day, I also never received an email. Rang again this morning, girl on the phone couldnt help me and told me someone will ring you back soon. Still nothing. NEVER AGAIN! Paid 95 pounds for 1,5 hours of playing for the kids.

Amazing! Great price, way better than expected & quick and easy to put up and take down. We got the Dino slide for a kids party and massively impressed!! Will deffo use these guys again.

Fab set up my children really enjoyed there day playing on the mega slide package
