I bought a new helmet from them,I discussed an issue with the hel.et and the told me to send it back so tjry could check,sent it back and the helmet never arrived,the box i sent it in arrived but they said they found a pair of shoes inside ,from there on I never heard from any of the guys I intially dealt with,they blamed it on the courier,they said they had video footage of the box arriving 8n their store but only sent me pictures which were very suspect!?all very fishy to be honest.I spent a lot of time chasing this up with the couriers and this store and the store just ignored any of my emails and calls and were not very helpful or too concerned that the helmet was gone and just blamed the couriers .This 300 pound helmet vanished ,and I was 300 pounds out of pocket!!!

I've purchased a fair amount of products from MD over the years, but I won't be in future due to the poor customer service I've recently received. They sent out parts which didn't fit correctly and didn't bother to offer a solution at all or any sort of refund - instead just gave me a rude response. You'd be better off buying MX plastics from another retailer.

I have purchased products from md racing in the past and just recently and will do again in the future with confidence.

They used DPD for a next day delivery service for a product I ordered. DPD messed it up and my parcel disappeared, but the company not managed to resolve the problem since eleven days even though I stressed out how important is to receive the product I ordered. Now I had open a case via PayPal.
