I've been working with Peter over the last few months to order new boxes for our soap bars. Production time is pretty fast and he's been very responsive with any questions I had. The boxes I had custom-made were great. They were very responsive to changes I needed to make. I was shocked at how quickly I received my boxes, especially since it was during Thanksgiving week. My only reason for not giving 5 stars was that they probably over-communicated. I needed a little more time between emails to figure out my stuff. But that is certainly better than being ignored, so it is a small issue.
