Turkey | 15 June 2024This is the must useless and unreliable bank I have ever seen in my life , imagining restricting my account and claiming it's due to turkey central bank policy and telling i can appeal the decision by involving higher authority , what kind of a bank blocked your account and tell they can provide you reason why it was blocked , people need to stop using their services.

United States | 01 April 202428 Mart'ta. Vakıf banka hesabımdan Uption hesabıma iki transfer yaptım. İlk transferimi 49$'a yaptım, ikinci transferimi ise 8$'a yaptım. Garip bir şekilde, 8 dolarlık transferi aldım. Ancak bu şikayeti ve incelemeyi sunduğum şu ana kadar hala 49 dolarımı alamadım. Müşteri hizmetleriyle her iletişime geçtiğimde, bunun sistem sorunu olup olmadığını bana biraz araştırıyorlar ve sistem sorunu üzerinde çalışmayı bitirdikleri zaman para hesabıma aktarılacak. Artık 5 gün oldu, birine 49$ havale etmek 5 gün sürmüyor.
