Having wasted a week using another car finance company who were taking a silly amount of time, I went online to enquire about finding another company and within moments I had a call from Emile. He understood straight away what I needed and reassured me he would deal with my financing quickly - which he did, and then some! I don’t know what the rest of the company is like but Emile made an extra effort to sort out my finance and he did so within just a day with efficiency, warmth personality and reassurance. The process was easy to follow. Everything explained in detail about the process and what was happening throughout. Emile was absolutely brilliant easy to get on with. Was like having a long lost friend sorting you a car.

Bought a car back in 2022, log book was posted to carplus do to request made to dealership. Coming up 2 years on and still battling to get log book. Sulaiman is being no help and constantly stressed over this.
