United States | 05 November 2019How do I get Better Doctor to stop sending me faxes. We are not in network with any of your 'affiliated' companies. Stop the insanity.

United States | 27 July 2019Data mining scam......and a poor one at that. It makes zero sense to even claim they are working on behalf of Optima as Optima (and every other insurer on the planet) already has a provider directory on their website. Not many more professions on this planet as pathetic as a data miner and I'm including telemarketers in that statement. Whoever is claiming this site and responding to these complaints needs a role model in life.

United States | 19 April 2019We keep receiving solicitations from them - email and snail mail but when we call the provider relations people at the payers (2 now) they have no knowledge of Better Doctor and they have told us that all provider directory updates are done using information we enter on CAQH and the plan's update too My guess is they are trying to build an accurate database of information to sell back to insurance companies. i don't know what their goal is but is sounds pretty scammy.

United States | 14 September 2017I am also having a difficult time verifying with Humana. Betterdoctor says - "Here is the number to Humana" and gives me the number to provider relations who has no idea who Betterdoctor is!!! Then I am supposed to enter the same information for provider directory updates into the Betterdoctor website that I already verify and diligently update every 120 days on CAQH for Humana and every other carrier - duplicating my workload! In addition they are changing the information from accepting new patient to not accepting new patients and causing breaks in our participation!!! Nightmare intrusive company!!!!!

United States | 23 August 2017I've been receiving unsolicited data requests from betterdoctor.com (BETTERDOCTOR, INC.) saying that Washington Healthplanfinder is needing my practice info for recredentialing. When I called WA Healthplanfinder they told me they know nothing about BETTERDOCTOR and have no affiliation with them. This is official looking and misleading advertising from a company pretending to be something it's not in order to get physicians to sign up with their advertising directory. You can see BETTERDOCTOR'S complaints on the BBB site.
